On Sunday 29th December, some of England’s best players of the past and present will be coming together to feature in a special charity night at Westfield TTC in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. The evening is in support of three local Northants TT players that have recently been battling cancer, all money raised is being donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust and the Bobby Moore Fund (Cancer Research UK Bowel Cancer charity).
Players performing in the exhibition will include 11 X National Champion and Former European Top 12 Winner Des Douglas, Team GB London 2012 Olympians Paul and Jo Drinkhall, Commonwealth Doubles Silver Medallist Chris Doran and Former England Senior International Tim Yarnall. There will be a whole host of different matches on the night, including doubles, singles and a special hardbat match.
