The results are in from the European Minis Championships in Strasbourg, France with the British table tennis players performing well in a tough international event.

Tom Jarvis was the top performer for the team as he finished 10th in the Under 12s competition. He won through all his first four group stages before entering the main draw where he defeated Sebastine Kross (France) in the first stage. Unfortunately, he lost in the next round to Kristoof Sek (Romania) before eventually finishing 10th.

Luke Savill also performed well as he won through all of his four group stages to reach the main draw (last 32). Savill lost to Rimas Lesiv (Lithuania) 3-1 but came back to beat Edwardo Viera (Portugal) 3-1 as he went on to finish 18th overall.

Young Alex Ramsden also competed in the Championships at the Under 11 age group. He performed well to advance through his first three group stages but fell short in the fourth group when he was beaten 3-1 by both Sebastian Prime (France) and Matteo Mutti (Italy).
