Our South team is pleased to welcome on board Mark Dare and John Andrews in the role of Development Consultants (part time, 1 day per week).
John and Mark both have vast experience of table tennis development, with both being previous employees with successful track records.
We are committed to making sure that we have enough sensibly located staff to cover the large geography of the new South Area, and John and Mark will predominantly cover the East region, leading on the delivery of our new Be TT programme. They will also provide valuable support and advice to our South team, and will be a great asset to us. Continuation of these roles is dependent on the EGM result and securing Sport England funding.

- Started playing TT at School in 1969 – Took part in second year of ESTTA Team competitions that year. School achieved a 2nd, 3rd and 1st over three years of competition.
- Joined the Colchester Committee in 1976
- Chairman of Colchester and District Table Tennis League since 1985
- Other Colchester roles covered in that time have been Secretary, Match Records, Press Office, Tournament Officer, Essex Rep.
