Our congratulations go to the South West winners and runners up of our Annual Volunteer Awards. James Lewis scooped the Coach of the Year Award with Joola Plymouth runners up in the Club of the Year category, Debbie Whiting runner up in the Volunteer of the Year category and Roger Bowkett runner up in the Unsung Hero category. The 2016 winners were presented with their trophies during a reception at the PG Mutual National Championships in Hatfield.

It was also a successful evening for table tennis at the 2016 Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sports Awards which took place on Thursday 17 March 2016 at Southampton Football Club. Waterside Table Tennis Club won the Club of the Year Award and Colin French (Waterside TTC) was recognised for his efforts with the Service to Sport Award.
