The event was a joint idea between Leeds City Council, Table Tennis England and Anita Morris Associates the marketing company at Leeds Corn Exchange. Sally Shutt, Table Tennis England Development Officer- North commented ‘ This was a novel way to showcase our sport and engage a younger audience’. The people who tried it all said it was great fun and it also made a fantastic visual impact for visitors to the building. We will definitely look to repeat the event in the future.’
