A new event next month aims to find the Milton Keynes Racquet Champion – and raise money to help fight cancer.
Players are being urged to enter the event, which will feature badminton and table tennis on successive weekends.
Entry is limited to 64 people, who will play at the National Badminton Centre on December 6 and the MK Table Tennis Centre the following Saturday, December 13.
Entants are assured of at least three matches in each sport, with all games being first to 21 points and the champion being decided on points total, rather than matches won – so every point counts!
Entry costs £25, and proceeds of the event will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
