David McBeath will face players from Vietnam and Afghanistan in the group stage of the World Championships in Dusseldorf.
The England No 4 starts his campaign at 3.30pm UK time on Monday against Mustafa Bakhtiyari of Afghanistan, who is currently not on the world rankings list.
His other group match is against world No 446 Anh Tu Nguyen of Vietnam at 11.30am on Tuesday.
Sam Walker will enter the competition in the preliminary round stages, while Paul Drinkhall and Liam Pitchford are seeded into the main draw.
Drinkhall is in the same part of the draw as old foe and No 5 seed Dimitrij Ovtcharov, with the pair seeded to meet in the last 64.
Pitchford will face No 14 seed Marcos Freitas of Portugal in the last 64 if both men win their opening matches.
In the men’s doubles, McBeath & Walker face Oba Kizito Oba of Ivory Coast & Hamidou Sow of Senegal at 9.30am on Tuesday in the second preliminary round. Drinkhall & Pitchford will start against Ocean Belrose & Kenji Hotan of French Polynesia.
