The North-East Club and Volunteer Conference took place at Durham County Cricket Ground on the 24th November. It was a chance for delegates from clubs, leagues, and counties to network and share best practices.

The event proved a success, with talks surrounding growing the game for women & girls, mass participation projects, and the opportunities for clubs and leagues to understand and work alongside the mass market. The conference also included an update regarding phase 1 of TT Kidz and plans for the launch of phase 2 for clubs across England.

The conference included a guest speaker, Carol Lewis, who delivered the Sport England Club Matters workshop on club structures. As well as a special presentation for Bishop Auckland TTC who won our social media competition following the announcement that Australia Table Tennis Association will be using the TT Kidz brand.
