Double Paralympic medalist Will Bayley heads to the Para European Championships this week In Lignano, Italy as the defending European Champion from 2012.

However, before he set off the world number 2 also had time to speak to Simon Mayo and Matt Williams from BBC Radio 2 about his prospects both in Italy and at the Olympics in Rio 2016.

The interview includes how Will began playing table tennis, what lessons he learned from London and concludes with an interesting tip on how to succeed in the competition finals.
