The Tournament Approval Panel have realigned some of their responsibilities and would ask you to note the following:

• Tournament Dates: In the first instance contact Harvey Webb for outline approval.
• OT1 Application Forms: These should be sent by post to Di Jermyn.
• Entry Forms for Approval: These should be sent to Mike Atkinson.
• OT3 Misconduct Reports: Should be sent to Margaret Welch.
