TT Kidz, the Table Tennis England initiative to get children aged 7-to-11 into table tennis, is set to be brought to the attention of a worldwide audience.

Table Tennis England has been invited to join the latest International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) webinar, on the subject of ‘table tennis initiatives with young people and in schools’.

Our Head of Development & Volunteering, Greg Yarnall, will address the webinar, outlining the success of the TT Kidz programme. Initiatives from Singapore and Puerto Rico are also on the agenda.

Greg said: “It is fantastic and a huge honour for us to be asked by the ITTF to present to member associations and the table tennis community across the world.

“It’s a great opportunity to share some of our learnings but also be part of a wider conversation with other countries about how we can engage more young people and schools in table tennis.”

TT Kidz already has an international element – last year, a licensing agreement between Table Tennis England and our Australian counterparts paved the way for Table Tennis Australia to deliver the initiative across the country.

The ITTF webinar is on Friday, at noon UK time. You can find out more, or register to attend, by visiting the ITTF High Performance & Development Facebook page.
