Table Tennis England are looking to increase the number of Umpires in the North of England who could umpire at local events, and are holding a Training Seminar for New Umpires on Sunday 17th January 2016, 10am to 4pm at Blackpool Sports Centre, West Park Drive, Blackpool FY3 9HQ.
You can’t get any closer to the competition! This is a great way to see some of the best players in the country at local and national events. We are particularly keen to recruit players (men & women) still competing on the tournament circuit and local Junior players.
Many competition organisers also provide travel expenses and meals for umpires who attend events, ideal for some coaches or parents who could umpire while players compete in the competition.
