The Children’s BBC show ‘Friday Download’ has shown its latest table tennis feature with advice from England no. 6 Chris Doran.

Doran guides presenter Richard Wisker through the basics of the game from forehand shots, backhands, serves and target practice. The pair then take part in an entertaining exhibition match with Doran experiencing several ‘handicaps’ during the game.

Also taking part in the programme for Friday Download are Maria Tsaptsinos and Michael Ho.
