Table tennis was among 17 sports which made the three-day WheelPower National Junior Games a great success.

Students from UK Schools and Colleges competed at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. Table tennis was based in the main sports hall and under the guidance and tuition of Karl Bushell and Mark Mitchell proved very popular, with four tables in constant use.

In addition to an organised event, students had the opportunity to receive one-to-one coaching, play fun group games, set themselves personal challenges and challenge the coaches.

Many carers and teachers as well as visiting dignitaries made use of the facilities and coaching support.
