Table Tennis England are aware of the contents of a social media post made by one of our board directors yesterday that has since been deleted. This is a matter that is currently being considered by the board of Table Tennis England.

We can confirm that a number of complaints have been made about the general behaviour of a board director towards senior staff and within the board itself.

Independent dispute resolution service, Sport Resolutions, have been asked to appoint an independent investigator to investigate the complaints made against the board director.

It is disappointing that a board director chose to make this matter public on social media before the investigation could be carried out.

In fairness to everyone involved, it would not be right to comment while this process is underway.
