Table Tennis England is freezing individual membership fees for next season

The Board has today confirmed it will not seek to increase the fees when the matter is put before the AGM in July.

It means the fees for 2015/16 will remain as follows:

Associate Members – £4
Player Members – Senior: £10; Junior/Cadet: £5
Player Licence – Senior: £32; Junior/Cadet: £16.
Single Competition Licence Fee – Senior: £10; Junior/Cadet: £5.

Table Tennis England Chair Sandra Deaton said: “I am delighted to be able to inform the membership that individual affiliation fees will remain static for the next season.

“This is as a result of some costs saving measures and also an on-going assessment of the benefits which being a member of Table Tennis England can bring.”

Chief Executive Sara Sutcliffe added: “Over the next few months a task-group will be examining all aspects of the membership structure and the benefits of membership with a view to rolling out some new initiatives.

“However, we must recognise that there is increasing pressure on Governing Bodies to be able to fully fund their own core operating costs so we are undertaking a thorough review of all our revenue sources.

“That said, I am really pleased that we can freeze membership fees this coming year.”
