We’re just one week away from the second round of 2012/13 Joola European Championships Qualifying matches as England prepare to host Romania.
After both of the men’s teams won their opening fixture; England with a 3-1 win over Slovakia and Romania with a 3-0 win against Bulgaria, this could prove to be a close contest between two of the group favourites.
The women’s teams, meanwhile, had contrasting fortunes as England were defeated 3-0 in Germany while Romania managed to record a 3-1 victory over Russia.
The visitors to Hull City Hall will name unchanged sides from those opening triumphs, meaning that SV Werder Bremen team-mates Adrian Crisan and Constantin Cioti will not be playing against the English men.
Instead it will be a family affair for the Romanians as the sibling pairings of Daniela and Adrian Dodean will compete alongside Hunor and Berndatte Szocs.
Completing the sides will be Ovidiu Ionescu and Elizabeta Samara.
Tickets are still available for this event so don’t forget to book yours now.
