Join us in supporting players, coaches, volunteers and officials to ‘Return to the Table’, a table tennis campaign set to launch on 26th July and run through to 27th September to give confidence, motivate and invoke passion to get back to playing, coaching, volunteering or officiating.

Over the past couple of months we have seen lots of people pick up the bat again and national competitions recommence. However, we must not forget that there is still a large part of our table tennis community which has not been able to, or had confidence to, get back into the sport yet.

Messages, stories and advice from our own community will be delivered throughout the campaign. There will also be a two-week period between 30th August and 13th September during which we will be inviting clubs, leagues, coaches and community venues to run their own open days, club competitions or any activity that can build confidence or motivate people to play, volunteer, coach or officiate.

We hope that this will be an opportunity to re-engage existing players, as well as recruit new players into the sport who found a love for table tennis during the pandemic, as we saw table tennis tables for the home sell out across the country in the first lockdown.

We will be sharing more information about how you can get involved in the campaign and also sign up your own venue to host an event over the coming weeks. A Return to the Table webinar will also take place on 29th July at 2pm, sign up here to find out more.
