Who are you?

Six times Scottish Senior Men’s Champion and holder of 19 British Grand Prix men’s titles.
Proudest moment:

Defeating Lin Ju (world ranking 39 when I beat him) who reached 1/4 finals of 2004 Olympics.

When/how did you get involved with table tennis:

I started table tennis at age 11 where I went down to a local club in Perth, Scotland. I was very lucky that there were already two players in that club playing to a junior international level. I then progressed to the Scotland minor and cadet team after playing the sport for only nine months!

What does the Olympics mean to you?

It is the pinnacle of a sportsman’s career I think, I will cherish the moment and I will try 100%.
