Performance squad athletes Fliss Pickard and Martin Perry head a team of 11 British Para table tennis team athletes who are competing in this week’s ITTF Costa Brava Spanish Para Open in Platja d’Aro from October 14-16.

Pickard and Perry both missed out on qualification for the Paralympic Games in Tokyo and are now focused on the World Championships in 2022.

They will be joined in Spain by nine members of the BPTT Pathway squad, including Andrew Green and Andrew Guy who are both making their international debuts, and self-funded athlete Simon Heaps.
