Table Tennis England has launched a new online help centre to provide information about the TT Leagues and TT Memberships platforms.

It aims to be a one-stop service to help individual members, Clubs and Leagues to navigate their way around the platforms, which were both launched at the start of this season.

The service includes instructions to help members log in to TT Memberships, renew their membership and keep their information up to date.

There are also comprehensive instructions for League administrators to help them set up competitions and carry out all the administrative functions necessary to run them.

There is also a section of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about TT Leagues.

Anyone experiencing difficulties or who has a question not covered by the FAQs can also contact us directly via the help centre homepage, using the Submit a Request button at the top of the page.

We would like to thank our members for the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received, as well as their patience in familiarising themselves with the new platforms and helping us to iron out the inevitable teething problems which come with any new system.

As reported last week, more and more individual members are now renewing their memberships online via TT Memberships, while 129 leagues have set up at least one competition on TT Leagues.

We have already responded to more than 2,300 queries, with 70% of responses made within 24 hours and an average time of 27 hours to fully deal with an inquiry.
