The draw for the Nottingham Grand Prix has been published – with strong entry lists sure to make for an exciting competition.

Ryan Jenkins is top seed for the men’s competition but will have to overcome the likes of Ryota Kawai, who he beat in the season-opening Liverpool GP final, Bristol winner Tom Jarvis, and Sussex Satellite victor Helshan Weerasinghe.

The women’s singles is particularly strong – as seen in Group 2, which features Charlotte Carey and Maria Tsaptsinos- both winners on the circuit already this season – plus Emma Vickers and Yolanda King.

As ever, Banded play takes place on the Saturday, with Open competitions on the Sunday.

To keep this busy event running smoothly, players are reminded that they will be required to umpire after they have been knocked out of each event they enter.

Meanwhile, entry forms have been released for the Doncaster Grand Prix in April and the Blackpool event in May.
