England know their opponents in Stage 1 of the 2021 European Championships – and the women have a home international to look forward to.

England women have been drawn in Group 3 of Division B and will face Scotland and Lithuania in a group of four on a weekend in October 2020.

The fourth team will be one of two qualifiers from Division C and there could be another home international clash as both Ireland and Wales are in Division C, which plays in April 2020.

England will need to finish in the top two in the group to go into the second stage qualifiers which will take place in the first half of 2021.

England men are in Division A, Group 2 against Slovakia and Spain.The ties will take place in October, November and December 2020.

The top two will qualify for the European Championships in Romania in September-October 2021. The team finishing third in the division will go into second stage qualifiers in early 2021.
