The English Schools Table Tennis Association’s Individual Championships will celebrate it’s 40th edition in 2013 and they are looking for participants from the inaugural tournament to join in with the celebrations.
The very first ESTTA Individual Championship was held in the Northwood Sports Centre, Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday 26th May 1974. Were you there or do you know of someone who was?
Among the list of competitors is 1992 Barcelona Olympian Alison Broe (nee Gordon) who was the Girls under 11 Champion.
