Sussex County Table Tennis Association is pleased to confirm that the Heritage Oil Open 2014 table tennis tournament entry form is now available on the ETTA web site. The tournament has separate Open events for both Men and Women with equal prize money .
First prize will be £2,000, second is £1,000, losing semi-finalists £500 and losing quarter-finalists £250 for both Men and Women. There will also be cash and vouchers prizes for all the bands, U-21s and veterans competitions to a total prize pot of £14,100 – the highest prize fund for a domestic based table tennis tournament in England for many years.
In addition we can confirm that the semi-finals and finals of the Men’s and Women’s Open events will be televised on BT Sport on Monday 7th July 2014. We have had a huge amount of interest for this tournament both domestically and from abroad so please send your entries in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
