English umpires Dave Evans, Kim Mudge and Lester Smith have passed their International Umpire Exams.
The trio were among more than 400 officials from every corner of the world to attain the qualification.
Evans, from Yorkshire, qualified as a County Umpire in 2011 and a National Umpire in 2015 while Mudge (Surrey) and Smith (Yorkshire) both qualified at county level in 2013 and attained the NU qualification in 2016.
Mudge said: “I am both pleased and honoured to join our band of International Umpires and also to be one of our very few women at this level feels a great achievement.”
Smith was formerly a football official who reached the higher levels of the non-league game before embarking on a second career as a table tennis official.
