Next week marks the beginning of a busy few days for some of the English international cadets as Sam Mabey, Daniel Lawrence and Maria Tsaptsinos will all be competing in both Poland and Holland in the space of just ten days.

The task begins with the Polish Junior and Cadet Open where George Downing has been given his chance to represent England again/for the first time after his impressive form over the last 12 months has merited his place on the trip to Europe.

There he will be joined by top two junior boys Sam Walker and Lewis Gray, while Mabey, Lawrence and Tsaptsinos will have number one cadet girl Tin-Tin Ho for company.

The attention then turns to the Netherlands for the Cadet 6 Nations tournament in Zwolle that was won last year by Tin-Tin.

There are plenty of newcomers to the English cadet squad that goes to the Netherlands as Jack Bennett, Gabriel Achampong, Lucy Zhu and Olivia Churchill have all earned a call-up after catching the selectors eyes over the last few months.

The selections for the Polish Junior & Cadet Open from 30 May until 3 June are:

Junior Boys: Sam Walker, Lewis Gray, George Downing

Cadet Boys: Sam Mabey and Daniel Lawrence

Cadet Girls: Tin-Tin Ho and Maria Tsaptsinos

Coaches:  Helen Lower (cadet girls), Paul Whiting (cadet boys) and Nick Jarvis (junior boys)
