Bishop Auckland Table Tennis Club is looking to recruit a Primary and Community Table Tennis Coach.
The applicant will be responsible for running after-school table tennis clubs in primary schools in the area along with primary community sessions and some community sessions.
The club is looking for a fun and motivational leader who has experience running a primary programme, with good communication skills and able to teach more than just table tennis skills.
Daily duties could include:
- To work with the coaching team to plan and deliver coaching sessions
- To support the club volunteers with development
- Support the club with the recruitment of volunteers through the highlighting of the volunteer training programme
- To promote the club and its programmes to the schools in the area
- To aid in the development of sessions and further opportunities for players coming into the club
