New Season League Structure

There will be thirty-seven teams – one less than last year – competing in the Clacton and District Table Tennis League next season.

The Nomads and Walton Clubs have each entered an additional team, the Brotherhood Club has lost one team whilst the Red Triangle Club, with its two teams, has sadly disbanded.

For a ninth consecutive season, the League will operate on three divisions. After lengthy deliberations, the Management Committee has decided on the following format:

Division One :
Brotherhood A and B
Nomads Panthers and Jaguars
Windsor Eagles, Condors, Falcons, Kestrels and Roosters
Walton A, B and C
(12 teams).

Division Two :
Brotherhood C, D, E and F
Lawford
Nomads Lions and Lynx
Windsor Harriers, Hawks, Magpies, Ravens and Owls
(12 teams).

Division Three :
Brotherhood G, H, J, K and L
Windsor Kites, Penguins and Swallows
Nomads Bobcats, Cougars, Leopards, Pumas and Tigers
(13 teams).

The Fees Meeting, at which League fees are paid and handbooks distributed, takes place on Tuesday 6th September at 7.30 pm in the Brotherhood Hall.
