Table Tennis England is encouraging clubs to register with the Things To Do section of the BBC website and promote their activities there.
The site works on a postcode-search basis, with users able to search sports activities in a certain area. It therefore provides a great opportunity for clubs to recruit new members by advertising their events.
It doesn’t cost anything and the process to register your club and add an activity is straightforward – instructions can be found below.
Clubs may advertise one-off events such as open days and regular sessions such as training nights – the only provisos are that the events are open to the public and are about participation rather than spectating.

We are also pleased to advertise your events on the Table Tennis England website and notify our partner organisations (such as County Sports Partnerships), so please email us to let us know details, times and dates of any events you wish to advertise to a wider audience.
In addition, if any clubs or individuals require advice on marketing, advertising or contacting the media, do not hesitate to contact the Table Tennis England communications team and we will be pleased to help you out in any way we can.
