Applications are now being taken for Buckinghamshire’s table tennis coaches and mentors to join the Leap Coaching Development Programme.
Formerly called the mentoring programme, the Coaching Development Programme is now open for a third successive year.
The programme focuses on the development of the softer skills and the interpersonal skills within coaches to help them create environments that provide a high quality experience to their participants and/or athletes.
This year the programme is targeting;
- New or existing coaches delivering within their local community
- New or existing coaches with a physical impairment
- Coaches delivering in local talent pathways
- Individuals with the experience to support the above as a mentor.
To apply, coaches will need to complete the Leap Coach document, whilst mentors will need to complete the Leap Mentors document.
Applications close on Wednesday 7th June.
