The draw has been made for a strong Nottingham Grand Prix as the series moves towards an exciting climax.
The penultimate event of the season is at the David Ross Sports Village at the University of Nottingham on Saturday and Sunday.
The venue recently hosted the PG Mutual National Championships and many of the top seeds from that event will be back – the men’s entry list is headed by England No 4 David McBeath, followed by Chris Doran, current series leader Darius Knight, and Nationals bronze medallist Danny Reed, while the women’s draw sees Karina Le Fevre, Maria Tsaptsinos and Hannah Hicks in the top four behind No 1 seed Haoyu Liu, who is the University’s Deng Yaping scholar.

Entries are now open for the season-finale London Grand Prix, once again at the Jean Brown arena in Redbridge.
Before then, there are two satellite Grands Prix, in Jersey on April 14-16 and Burgess Hill on April 29-30.
The Jersey Open, once again over Easter, features a team event on the Friday, unique to the Jersey Grand Prix, prior to the normal Grand Prix format on the Saturday and Sunday.
The event is hugely popular and players and supporters are urged to book as soon as possible.
