All eyes are on Nottingham next month as the PG Mutual National Championships is followed by the penultimate Grand Prix of the season.

Both events are at the University of Nottingham’s David Ross Sports Village, with the Nationals from March 3-5 and the Grand Prix on the weekend of March 25-26.

Tickets for Finals Day of the Nationals are still available – but spectators will need to move quickly to secure their places. Balcony seats have sold out but some bleacher seats remain and the last few three-day tickets are still available. Tickets for Friday and Saturday are also still on sale.

Among the invited players who will compete at the PG Mutual Nationals are Darius Knight and Karina Le Fevre, and they lead the way in the updated Grand Prix standings.

Knight reached the Men’s Singles semi-finals at the last event in Bath, but saw his lead cut by Chris Doran, who won the competition. But Knight has a healthy lead with just Nottingham and London to come of the main circuit.

Le Fevre was not in Bath, but leads the Women’s Singles and, as things stand, is the only player to have played the four events needed to qualify for prizemoney.

Entries are now open for the Nottingham Grand Prix on March 25-26 as well as the following satellite Grands Prix in Jersey and Burgess Hill – click here for more information on all three events, to download entry forms or to enter online.
