England Leopards are returning to Stoke for their next home European Championships Qualifying tie – and tickets are now on sale.

Fenton Manor Sports Complex will once again be the venue as England take on The Netherlands on Tuesday March 7 (7pm), following their memorable victory over Greece in the same city in November.

That match saw England fight back from 2-0 down to win 3-2, in front of more than 600 spectators – with more than 2.2million watching at least part of the action on the SPORTbible Facebook page.

Table Tennis England Chief Executive Sara Sutcliffe said: “Our previous visit to Stoke was a great success, both in terms of the result and the event presentation. We look forward to working with the team at Fenton Manor to deliver another fantastic event.”

England, who won their away match in the Netherlands 3-0, are playing the away fixture in Greece on Tuesday night, January 24. David McBeath has joined the three Worlds bronze medallists, Paul Drinkhall, Liam Pitchford and Sam Walker, in the squad.

Also on March 7, England women will be in action in Slovenia, looking to repeat their 3-2 victory over the same opponents in the home match in Medway in the autumn.
