The Ping! Festival continues to be enjoyed at Kings Mall Shopping Centre in Hammersmith! Table Tennis England, in partnership with Sing London and Kings Mall, has provided a Ping Pong Parlour from late August until early December for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy free table tennis! This has been established as a “Play-On” opportunity now that the Ping! London festival has closed for the year so that people can continue to enjoy playing.

Due to the success of the initial launch, in a smaller unit with 3 tables available, the Parlour has now been moved into a fantastic larger space with 5 tables being used around the clock, providing people with enjoyable activity to break up their day out shopping! The space is decorated with superb artwork themed on the “King of Ping!”. The tables have been extremely popular with people of all ages. Regular players have included school children, families, retirees, and naturally the centre staff have also found some spare time to get involved as well!

The local club, Moberly Table Tennis Club, has kindly offered free coaching on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 5pm and 6pm, with keen players encouraged to become members at Moberly and continue to enjoy playing once the Parlour closes. The Parlour will remain open until early December, so get on down to Kings Mall, pick up a bat and ball and start playing!
