Sam Walker is the big mover but all three of the bronze medal-winning England Leopards World Championships team have risen in the new world rankings.
Walker’s tournament culminated with a victory over world No 20 Yuya Oshima which, added to his other victories, see him climb from No 159 to a career high 118.
Walker, who goes above Andrew Baggaley to become England’s No 3, is also up from 22 to 14 on the under-21 list, on which he is the sixth European.
Liam Pitchford, who beat world No 27 Simon Gauzy in the quarter-final win over France, goes back into the top 50, rising from No 64 to No 44.
And Paul Drinkhall, whose dramatic victory over Emmanuel Lebesson sealed England’s semi-final place and ensured a podium place, goes up from No 72 to No 65.
In the women’s rankings, Kelly Sibley is up from No 174 to No 168.
