Please see attached a revised expenses policy, I have updated the policy that was released in July following feedback from various people.
To highlight, I have altered the wording in a few places and also added the following paragraph:
<em>If you are volunteering for two or more consecutive days, accommodation may be provided between event days subject to prior agreement with the event organiser.</em>
Obviously those that are local will be expected to go home however this is usually a limited number.
This policy is now live and supersedes the previous one circulated.
