ETTA recruiting for Non-Executive Directors

The next phase of the governance review at the ETTA will see the creation of a newly structured Board of Directors. Subject to the new Articles of Association being passed at an EGM scheduled to take place on 12 April 2014, the new Board will comprise the Elected Directors (Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Treasurer), the Chief Executive Officer and up to another 8 Directors.

The Directors will between them a have wide variety of skills, experience and expertise and at least a quarter of the Board will be independent.

Applications are now being sought for individuals to be appointed as Directors. More details are available here. Closing date for applications 19 March 2014.
