ETTA Terms & Conditions – Please read the terms and conditions before booking onto a course.

Candidates may email, post or fax the form to the Coaching & Performance Administrator, however please note that the ETTA would not advise emailing your credit card details, please either send them by post, fax or call the Coaching & Performance Administrator (01908 208860).

The information you supply will be used by the Chief Executive of Skills Funding, to issue you with a Unique Learner Number (ULN), and to create your Personal Learning Record.  Further details of how your information is processed and shared can be found at www.learningrecordsservice.org.uk/privacynotice

Please note that you will need to hold valid (within three years) Essential First Aid (either Adult or All Ages) and Safeguarding and Protecting Children course certificates to gain the UKCC 1st4sport endorsed qualification.  If you need to attend these courses you can find details on the following websites: St John Ambulance and  Sports Coach UK.  Course availability can vary, so it would be advisable to book your place as soon as possible.
