The Board of Table Tennis England has published the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which will take place at 7pm on Monday January 25, 2021.

The Notice includes details of the Resolutions which will be voted on at the EGM.

The meeting will be virtual because of coronavirus restrictions and Table Tennis England members will be able to register to attend, with priority given to those who hold voting rights.

Proxy voting will be allowed and voting will take place electronically during the meeting. Further details of these procedures will be published by January 8.
