Maria Tsaptsinos has broken into the world’s top 200 players for the first time.

The 21-year-old, who is based in Italy, is at No 194 in the latest ITTF list having risen from 211 on the January list. She is the second Englishwoman on the list, behind Tin-Tin Ho at No 113.

Liam Pitchford is still inside the world’s top 20 men, dropping one place to No 17, with Sam Walker the other English player inside the top 100 at No 92.
